Honey is the main ingredient at Queen Bee Honey Products.
I am sometimes asked, what makes
the best honey? The taste of
honey can vary dramatically depending on the pollen and nectar source
for the bees; the climate and geographical area can also dramatically
affect the taste and make up of any honey.
It starts with the flowers, the particular pollen and nectar source for
any given hive. We have hives from Martha’s
Vineyard to Pembroke MA. The main source is Rocky Run Farm,
a 100-acre organic farm with fruit trees, vegetable gardens, clover
fields, and multiple flower beds that supply our bees. Honey is good for
you inside and out. The medicinal properties of honey are almost
endless. In addition to the healing properties in raw honey, at Queen
Bee, we have created an Organic Infused Honey.
Lavender Infused Honey, made from organic lavender flowers only!
The process requires patience, but the result is an incredible tasting
honey with lavender undertones. It’s great in tea, straight out of the
jar, or in your favorite recipes. We also have a Cardamom Cinnamon
Infused honey.
Made from cinnamon sticks and cardamom seeds, this one
requires time to reach absolute perfection, but it is worth the wait.
